Startup and Team are priced by purchased seats and billing period. Actual member counts do not automatically change the price. Each seat adds member, desktop-device and monthly credit capacity shared by the organization. Enterprise pricing and capacity follow the contract.

如意豆 are usage credits shared by your organization. They cover paid services such as platform model calls, based on actual usage. Credits are included monthly with your plan, and extra credit packs can be purchased.

No. Free, Startup and Team issue subscription 如意豆 monthly. Annual billing does not change the monthly amount or schedule. Every plan can purchase additional credit packs; buying credits does not increase member, device, storage or other capacity.

Resource invocation APIs and their key-management entry are not yet available and are not included as usable plan benefits. Available connectors and workflows remain subject to their own plan and permission requirements.

Self-service seat additions take effect after successful payment. Charges are prorated for the remaining subscription term, and extra credits for the current monthly cycle are prorated for its remaining time. Startup can upgrade to Team when it reaches its seat limit. Contact support to reduce seats; scheduled self-service reductions are not currently available.

File storage is shared by the organization, with a 512 MiB per-file limit. Archiving a file immediately releases its organization storage usage; the platform covers archived storage during retention, and physical cleanup does not release usage again. Removing a shortcut does not release the original file’s storage. Both enabled and paused automations use capacity; archiving releases their automation capacity.

Details include run steps, individual credit changes and billed calls. Historical statistics include run counts, success and failure totals and consumption summaries. The table lists query windows; statistics outside the detail window cannot open expired details. Historical statistics do not grant dashboard access.

Yes. Every plan supports custom model connections for use in model plans. Available uses depend on the connected models and compatible interfaces. Calls to tenant-configured models do not consume platform credits; fallback calls to platform models are billed for actual usage. Model training and deployment are not provided.

Startup and Team currently support one-time monthly or annual purchases and customer-initiated renewals. You confirm every payment; there are no automatic charges. Unpaid subscriptions revert to Free at expiry. A new purchase starts a new period when payment succeeds.

Existing data and configuration are retained, while operations follow the current plan. Excess device or automation usage restricts new task execution, and excess storage restricts new space usage. Availability is checked again after usage returns within limits or the subscription is restored.
